Registration deadline for presenting authors

We are excited to celebrate the milestone 30th edition of the ECSS Annual Congress in Rimini, Italy, from 1 to 4 July 2025.
To secure your place in the Scientific Programme, all presenting authors are requested to pay the Congress registration fee by Friday, 9 May 2025 (24:00 CEST).
Log in to your ECSS account and go to the ‘myCongress’ section. Non ECSS Members can save on registration fees by becoming an ECSS Member before registering for the Congress. Please read the information on our membership model carefully when becoming an ECSS Member!

Note: Presentations of authors who miss the 9 May payment deadline will be withdrawn from the Congress and removed from the Scientific Programme as well as the eBook of Abstracts.
