E-Poster or Oral Presentation!

ECSS Rimini 2025 is just around the corner! This is the FINAL REMINDER to upload your E-poster by Tuesday, 24 June 2025 (24:00 CEST).
Oral presentations can also be uploaded in your ECSS Account in order to avoid queuing at the Speakers Ready Room during the Congress.
E-Posters
Kindly note that missing the upload deadline will lead to your E-poster not being available at the E-poster screens at the Congress. Log in to your ECSS account, go to the ‘myCongress’ section and click on ‘Submit your pdf file here’. The maximum file size is 2MB. Further instructions on E-poster requirements and the upload process can be found here.
Oral Presentations
Oral presenters have the opportunity to upload the presentations in advance. Please log in to your ECSS account, go to the ‘myCongress’ section, click on ‘Submit your ppt/pptx/pdf file here’ and upload your presentation (maximum file size: 10MB). Oral presentation slides can also be uploaded during the Congress, at the ‘Speakers Ready Room’ one day before your presentation at the latest.
Please note that it may take few seconds to several minutes for your E-poster or oral presentation to be uploaded, depending on the file size and internet speed.
