The European College of Sport Science invites you to become a significant part of our 30th Annual Congress. Jointly hosted by the Universities of Bologna and Padova, we have the pleasure to welcome you from 1 to 4 July 2025 in Rimini.

 

Sport Science from Renaissance to the Millennial Era!

 

SportEx is the hub of our Congress, providing the perfect platform for networking and collaboration with a unique audience of approx. 3,000 international participants with a sport science background and professionals from relevant sport science, technology and medical business sectors.

In addition to an expansive exhibition area, the ECSS offers a large variety of partnership opportunities to further enhance your engagement. Please note that exhibition space and partnership items are sold on a first come first served basis. We therefore invite you to secure your desired booth space and partnership item(s) at your earliest convenience. As SportEx also opens its doors to the public, feel free to invite your distributers, customers and guests to your booth. Exhibition day tickets (excluding scientific sessions and other functions) are available on-site (cash only).

To simplify the booking process for our partners, we have previously digitalised our booking system for SportEx. Please carefully read the instructions on our webpage ‘Your Partner Account’ and create your account from there or enter your partner account here if you already created one before. All your desired items can be booked and paid by credit card directly from there. In addition to our SportEx webpage, you will find our current partnership catalogue, the floor plan as well as our exhibitor manual within your account.
