We are excited to welcome you next week to the 30th ECSS Annual Congress in the beautiful coastal city of Rimini. To help you make the most of your time, we’ll once again be using two easy-to-use apps.
Everything you need to plan, schedule and enjoy the Congress will be right at your fingertips.
Official ECSS Congress App
Starting last year in Glasgow, there is no longer a printed Final Programme. This year too, the ECSS Congress App covers the full Scientific Programme including each session detail, individual presentations, the Social Programme, SIG meetings, Masterclasses and much more to organise your time at the Congress and to create your personalised schedule. All registered Congress attendees will be able to access the app via your registered email address (i.e., the email address indicated in your ECSS account).
Support-videos for instructions and tips on how to manage the app are available on the app home screen once you are logged in. Please review these instructions carefully to understand the working of the app and to make the most out of your Congress experience. For more general information, click here.
The app is available on Apple App Store, Google Play Store and as a Web Version.
Note: If you do not receive the app verification code needed to access the event, please email office@sport-science.org. In your message, include an alternative email address (different from the one you originally registered with) and your phone number including the country code. Be assured that, in line with our privacy policy, your mobile phone number will not be publicly displayed.
LiveVoice Poster Session App
The ECSS has partnered with LiveVoice GmbH for a flexible and easy streaming solution to listen to our poster presentations. The number of listeners is unlimited as you can use your own mobile device or laptop and you can easily switch between poster sessions if you want to change sessions in between. Please remember to bring your own headphones! Download the app, enter the event code (950 825) and choose the session you want to listen to during the poster presentations. Please note that sessions can only be selected once the chair has started the streaming. For more information, click here.
Note: To ensure a smooth streaming experience, a dedicated poster network will be installed. Please refer to the ‘Wi-Fi Information’ page in the ‘More’ section (hamburger icon at bottom right) of the ECSS Congress App for login details. However, you may also use your mobile data.
