Apply now for the GSSI Young Scholar Travel Grant for this year’s Annual Congress, ECSS Lausanne 2026. Applications can be submitted to office@sport-science.org until 13 April, and the winners will be notified by 24 April.

The GSSI Young Scholar Travel Grant is open to Early Career Researchers that wish to attend the ECSS Annual Congress who are currently a Master’s or PhD student in sports nutrition and/or hydration or a related subject. The Gatorade Sports Science Institute aims to promote young scientists in the field of sports nutrition and hydration in their international career.

Two winners will each receive €2,000 to cover registration and travel costs to attend ECSS Lausanne 2026 from 7 to 10 July.

Abstracts submitted in sports nutrition/hydration science or related fields in both presentation formats, oral or poster, may apply for the GSSI Young Scholar Travel Grant.
