Online Upload for E-Posters and Oral Presentations

The ECSS Glasgow 2024 preparations are in full swing!

 

E-Posters

Please log into your ECSS account, go to the ‘myCongress’ section, click on ‘Submit your pdf file here’ and upload your E-poster by 25 June 2024, 24:00 CEST (maximum file size: 2MB). Kindly note that missing this deadline will lead to your E-poster not being included in the scientific programme. Further instructions on E-poster requirements and the upload process can be found here.

 

Oral Presentations

In a first, this year, ECSS installed an upload function for oral presentations as well. Please log into your ECSS account, go to the ‘myCongress’ section, click on ‘Submit your ppt/pptx/pdf file here’ and upload your presentation (maximum file size: 10MB) to avoid queues at the congress. However, the ‘Speakers Ready Room’, will remain available on site at the congress to upload presentation slides one day in advance of your presentation at the latest.

 

Please note that it may take few seconds to several minutes for your E-poster or oral presentation to be uploaded, depending on the file size and internet speed.
