Exhibitor bookings for SportEx at the 31st Annual Congress are still open. Scheduled to take place from 7 to 10 July 2026 at the SwissTech Convention Center in Lausanne, Switzerland, the Congress brings together the international sport science community for four days of research, networking and exchange.
With around 3000 participants expected, SportEx provides an ideal platform to meet potential partners, reconnect with existing contacts and introduce your latest products, technologies and services to an international audience of sport science researchers, practitioners and professionals.

Please note the key information:
- Early booking deadline: 15 April 2026 (24:00 CEST)
- Final booking deadline: 15 May 2026 (24:00 CEST)
- Exhibition spaces: Allocated on a first-come, first-served basis – confirmed exhibitors can be found here
SportEx is also open to the public. Exhibitors are therefore welcome to invite distributors, customers and guests to visit your booth. Exhibition day tickets (excluding scientific sessions and other functions) can be purchased on-site (cash-only) or in advance via your Partner Account.
