ECSS Mentoring Programme 2026 -
Calling for Mentees and Mentors
Dear [Name],
The ECSS Mentoring Programme, now in its second year, is open for applications! The programme connects Early Career Researchers (ECRs) with experienced ECSS Fellows and senior Members to discuss career challenges, scientific work and professional development.
Topics may include career planning, publication strategies and other career-related matters. Mentees will gain international connections, understand academic system demands and develop skills in conflict management.

How to apply:
Eligible ECRs must be ECSS Members and either post-doctoral researchers, PhD candidates, recent Master’s graduates or individuals at the start of their sport science career.
