Final Reminder to Upload
your E-poster or Oral Presentation!

ECSS Glasgow 2024 is just two weeks away. This is the final reminder to upload your E-poster by 25 June, 24:00 CEST. To reduce queuing at the Speakers Ready Room on site, oral presentations can be uploaded as well.

E-posters

Kindly remember that missing the upload deadline will lead to your E-poster not being available at the E-poster screens on site. Log into your ECSS account, go to the ‘myCongress’ section and click on ‘Submit your pdf file here’. The maximum file size is 2MB. Further instructions on E-poster requirements and the upload process can be found here.

Oral Presentations

Oral presenters have the opportunity to upload their presentations in advance. Please log into your ECSS account, go to the ‘myCongress’ section, click on ‘Submit your ppt/pptx/pdf file here’ and upload your presentation (maximum file size: 10MB). The ‘Speakers Ready Room’ will remain available on site at the congress to upload the oral presentation slides one day in advance of your presentation at the latest.

Please note that it may take few seconds to several minutes for your E-poster or oral presentation to be uploaded, depending on the file size and internet speed.
