The European College of Sport Science (ECSS) invites you to become a significant part of our 30th ECSS Annual Congress from 1 to 4 July 2025 in Rimini, Italy. Hosted by the Universities of Bologna and Padova, the theme of the Congress is:
Sport Science from Renaissance to the Millennial Era
SportEx is the hub of our Congress, providing the perfect platform for networking and collaborating with a unique audience of approx. 3000 international participants with a sport science background and professionals from relevant sport science, technology and medical business sectors.
Being part of the exhibition offers a valuable opportunity to showcase your innovations, connect with industry leaders and gain visibility in the global sports science community.

The early bird booking deadline is 15 April 2025 (24:00 CEST) and the final exhibition booking deadline is 15 May 2025 (24:00 CEST).
In addition to an expansive exhibition area, the ECSS offers a large variety of partnership opportunities to further enhance your engagement. Please note that exhibition space and partnership items are sold on a first come first served basis. We therefore invite you to secure your desired booth space and partnership item(s) at your earliest convenience.
As SportEx also opens its doors to the public, feel free to invite your distributers, customers and guests to your booth. Exhibition day tickets (excluding scientific sessions and other functions) are available on site (cash-only).
To simplify the booking process for our partners, we have previously digitalised our booking system for SportEx. Please carefully read the instructions on our webpage ‘Your Partner Account’ and create your account from there or enter your partner account here if you already created one before. All your desired items can be booked and paid by credit card directly from there. In addition to our SportEx webpage, you will find our current partnership catalogue, the floor plan as well as our exhibitor manual within your Partner account.
