NSCA Workshop | Velocity-Based Training: Bridging the Gap Between Athlete Testing and Programme Design
Time: 09:00-11:30 | Session room: Tempio 2

 

This workshop aims to bridge the gap between testing and training using a linear position transducer. Through hands-on experience, the session will guide participants in designing and implementing a training programme that applies the principles of Velocity-Based Training (VBT), with a focus on key variables such as target velocity and velocity loss to effectively guide programme design.

 

Life in Space

Life in space, involving prolonged exposure to hypogravity, is on the brink of becoming a reality. Eight leading international experts in Life Sciences, chaired by our Congress Vice President Prof Marco Narici, will present cutting-edge insights into these physiological challenges, highlighting the major obstacles astronauts face during prolonged exposure to space environments.
