ECSS Glasgow 2024 is fast approaching and we are diligently working to put together a wonderful congress experience for you!

We kindly want to remind you to pre-book your lunch and social programme participation at the congress until the deadline of Friday, 31 May 2024 by entering your ECSS account and clicking on ‘Book your lunches and social programme participation’ within the ‘myCongress’ section.

For your information: You receive this reminder because you have not yet fully booked all your lunches or all your social programme participation.

Please note that while lunch and receptions are included in your congress registration fees, they will only be available to participants who have pre-booked. Dietary requirements can be indicated during the pre-booking process.

Also, please be aware that the Bengt Saltin Run is limited to a maximum of 300 participants allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. More information about the Bengt Saltin Run can be found here.

Finally, doors will open at 21:00 for the Friday Night Party at Platform. The bars are open and drinks can be paid for by cash or card. Pre-book your participation to receive a complimentary drink voucher at the venue entrance.
