SportEx is the hub of our Congress, providing the perfect platform for networking and collaborating with a unique audience of approx. 3000 international participants with a sport science background and professionals from relevant sport science, technology and medical business sectors.

This will provide a 360o overview of the exhibition and the opening, set up & dismantling times. The early bird booking deadline is 15 April 2026 (24:00 CEST) and the final exhibition booking deadline is 15 May 2026 (24:00 CEST).
Alongside a lively exhibition area, ECSS also offers a range of partnership options designed to make the most of your presence at the Congress. Exhibition spaces and partnership opportunities are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We therefore invite you to secure your desired booth space and partnership item(s) at your earliest convenience. As SportEx is also open to the public, you are welcome to invite your distributors, customers and guests to visit your booth. Exhibition day tickets (excluding scientific sessions and other functions) can be purchased on-site (cash-only).
