Oral Presentations is now open!

The countdown to ECSS Rimini 2025 is on! As we get ready, here are a few important steps to make sure your presentation materials are submitted on time.
E-Posters
Please log in to your ECSS account, go to the ‘myCongress’ section, click on ‘Submit your pdf file here’ and upload your E-poster by 24 June 2025, 24:00 CEST (maximum file size 2MB). Kindly note that missing this deadline will lead to your not being available at the E-poster screens on-site. Further instructions on E-poster requirements and the upload process can be found here.
Oral Presentations
To avoid queues at the Congress and any last-minute stress, oral presentations can also be uploaded until Sunday, 29 June 2025, 24:00 CEST. Please log in to your ECSS account, go to the ‘myCongress’ section, click on ‘Submit your ppt/pptx/pdf file here’ and upload your presentation (maximum file size 10MB). Further instructions on oral presentation requirements can be found here. However, the ‘Speakers Ready Room’ will remain available on-site at the Congress to upload presentation slides one day in advance of your presentation at the latest.
Please note that it may take few seconds to several minutes for your E-poster or oral presentation to be uploaded, depending on the file size and internet speed.
