As the year comes to a close, it’s a perfect time to pause and reflect on everything we’ve shared and achieved together in 2025. From exciting research and the inspiring Congress in Rimini to the continuous growth of our vibrant sport science community, it’s been a remarkable year.
The ECSS Office together with our Boards and Committees would like to express a heartfelt thank you to all of you. Your commitment, enthusiasm and support are what make our College such a special place.
Looking ahead, we’re already excited for what’s coming in 2026 – more opportunities to connect, learn and celebrate sport science, including ECSS Lausanne 2026, interesting webinars, intriguing expert statements and initiatives to support our members at every stage of their journey.

Before we sign off, we would like to remind you to remain vigilant. There have been occasional reports of scam emails impersonating ECSS Executive Board members, requesting financial assistance on behalf of the College. The ECSS Executive Board members or staff will never make such requests. Should you encounter any suspicious communication, we encourage you to inform us immediately.
Just a quick note: The ECSS Office will be closed from 22 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, but we’ll be back refreshed and ready for an amazing year ahead.
