In January 2025, ECSS announced the ECSS Mentoring Programme for Early Career Researchers. The programme is designed to connect young researchers with our experienced ECSS Fellow and Member community who will take on the role of mentors. The 18 to 24 months collaboration already has 28 mentee-mentor pairs with the first kick-off of the programme scheduled at ECSS Rimini 2025.
ECSS Expert Statements
ECSS has launched the Expert Statements initiative to give members a platform to share their views on emerging or debated topics in sport science. These short, evidence-based articles aim to spark discussion and encourage collaboration across the community. Expert Statements shall be published in EJSS (subject to peer review) and may lead to other exciting opportunities such as presenting at the ECSS Annual Congress or taking part in ECSS Webinars. Members interested in contributing are invited to submit an Expression of Interest. Read more
